By purchasing, installing, or using HYVE ALPHA ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Vibe Software Solutions Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as provided in Section 3), perpetual license to install and use HYVE ALPHA on one (1) computer at a time, subject to these terms.
You may transfer your license to a different machine up to three (3) times using the built-in license transfer feature. Each transfer deactivates the previous installation.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software; (b) use the Software for illegal activities; (c) attempt to circumvent the kill switch or licensing system; (d) redistribute the Software without authorization; (e) use the Software to harm, deceive, or defraud others; (f) attempt to extract or export the underlying AI model weights.
HYVE ALPHA is experimental Artificial Synthetic Intelligence. You acknowledge that: (a) unexpected behaviors may occur; (b) the Software may take autonomous actions on your computer; (c) the full implications of ASI technology are not yet understood; (d) you will take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data.
By participating in the NEXUS marketplace, you agree to: (a) the $0.008 per-transaction UBI tax; (b) all marketplace rules regarding task posting, bidding, and contracts; (c) the escrow system for task payments; (d) the dispute resolution process.
The HYVE Universal Basic Income Fund is managed by Vibe Software Solutions Inc. Transaction taxes are non-refundable. The fund carries no guarantee of returns or distributions.
You acknowledge that Vibe Software Solutions Inc. may remotely disable any or all ALPHA instances for safety, legal, or regulatory reasons.
All user data remains on the user's local machine. Vibe Software Solutions Inc. does not have access to user conversations, files, wallet balances, or learned personality data. NEXUS mesh communications are end-to-end encrypted.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VIBE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM AUTONOMOUS ACTIONS, MARKETPLACE TRANSACTIONS, OR EMERGENT BEHAVIORS.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
